Waitt has led Blue Marble Development since its inception, focusing on creating well-planned communities that make comfort and convenience the cornerstone of the homeowners’ experience. Prior to real estate development, Waitt held executive positions at Fortune 500 companies such as Altria, Inc. and Pennzoil-Quaker State. She began her career working in communications and marketing with Kraft, General Foods, Miller Brewing Company, and Philip Morris Inc. Waitt helped lead Axius, an entrepreneurial organization, from a small operation to such success that it was eventually purchased by Quaker State, then merged with Pennzoil, then acquired by Shell Oil. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Allo Telecom, a Belgian telecommunications chain. Waitt has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Drake University.

Blake Comish has 15+ years experience in real estate, property management, finance and construction experience. He has his Masters from BYU in Accounting. He has worked for Terra West Management, B. Jackson Construction, and UniShippers Inc.
