Waitt has led Blue Marble Development since its inception, focusing on creating well-planned communities that make comfort and convenience the cornerstone of the homeowners’ experience. Prior to real estate development, Waitt held executive positions at Fortune 500 companies such as Altria, Inc. and Pennzoil-Quaker State. She began her career working in communications and marketing with Kraft, General Foods, Miller Brewing Company, and Philip Morris Inc. Waitt helped lead Axius, an entrepreneurial organization, from a small operation to such success that it was eventually purchased by Quaker State, then merged with Pennzoil, then acquired by Shell Oil. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Allo Telecom, a Belgian telecommunications chain. Waitt has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Drake University.

Stephanie Mazza, Chief Operating Officer of Blue Marble Development, has over 13 years in real estate asset management, accounting and underwriting.  In her role with Blue Marble Development, Stephanie is responsible for operations and finance of the Company’s U.S. holdings.  Prior to joining Blue Marble, Stephanie worked for Odyssey Real Estate Capital where she was responsible for asset management as well as preparation of Argus valuations and due diligence for potential acquisitions.  Stephanie also has several years of experience  with Centra Properties, a Las Vegas-based real estate investment and development company, where she prepared the audited financial statements and managed cash flows for Centra’s portfolio of companies.  Prior to Centra, Stephanie worked in various aspects of commercial real estate in the Dallas and Atlanta markets.  Stephanie sits on the board of CREW-Las Vegas as Vice President of Programs.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas
